I bought my car from Alan at castle cars and he also gave me a good price for my old car. I saw the car I wanted online, went to see it that day and had collected the car a few days later. The car did have a small issue but I phoned up first thing the Monday morning and Castle cars were out within the hour to take the car and left me with a curtesy car while mine was being fixed. I've had my car now almost a month with no problems and would recommend to anyone to go to Castle Cars.

I bought my Renault Captur from Castle Cars on 1st April and I can honestly say that from start to finish it was the most stress-free buying process that I have ever had for purchasing a car or anything else for that matter!
Alan was extremely helpful, listened to what type of car I was looking for, my budget and the date for collection.

Two weeks ago I had to change my car so went back to castle cars. Alan has a very simple sales technique, listen to the customer, finds out what they want, check their budget and show them cars which will suit their needs. Once again Alan came up trumps. Have now got the car I wanted and it drives like a dream. If all car salesman are as good as Alan and Nathan buying a car would be enjoyable and stress free. When you are thinking of changing your car or buying your car for the first time go to Castle Cars think of Tina Turner "Simply the Best" !!

Never a hard sell, always listening to what our basic requirements are, taking it from there and no surprise, you've always got or can get something suitable.
Went in to try out a van but left with the car instead as it's more suitable, that's how you know he listens to your requirements, no upselling, just guiding you to what's better for your needs rather than realise after a few weeks you're not happy with and regret your purchase.

Outstanding service. In all my years of buying vehicles this outfit is by far the best in terms of customer service, reliability and honesty.
The pre sale check showed worn brakes and pads, they fitted new ones all round, the battery was a little low so they put a new one in, all at no extra charge.
A couple of trivial post sale issues were met with an immediate 'bring the vehicle round and we'll sort it', which they did.
If only all car dealers were like this!
Don't bother going anywhere else!

I was looking for a new van, and heard Alan at Castle cars had a good reputation for sourcing specific vehicles. I went to see him and he took all my details, and my preferences for my van, and within a few weeks he sourced me, exactly what I wanted. Picked the van up today, very pleased with it! I would definitely recommend castle cars, and Alan was so easy to deal with. Very straight forward nothing was a hassle, and everything was organised for the sale. He even put some fuel in it for me!

Don't buy a car from anyone else - these guys are the best!

A bit of a long winded review but definitely worth a read for anyone considering changing their car.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about changing my car and visited loads of other dealers. And the usual online searches too. A friend had recommended Castle Cars as their Mum had bought a car, to say I was exhausted and frustrated from my other experiences would be playing it down. So reluctantly I walked into to look at a car that I thought would be suitable.

What an unbelievably refreshing experience. Not only was I immediately put as ease by the genuine friendliness of Alan and his staff but it was clear, that whilst they sell cars, they wanted to sell me the right car for me. Something that I hadn't felt during visits to other dealers.

He took the time to understand what I need the car for and my knowledge of cars is limited, he and his team talked me through every little detail of buying a car and all the features of the vehicle. The car I looked at, I didn't buy because he decided that it wasn't exactly what I needed but he went out of his way and found me a car that fitted exactly what I wanted and my budget. They are the nicest people and operate a business where the customer comes first. I actually felt like a valued customer - I didn't think I would ever say that about any business.

Over the years of buying cars, I've always found the process very stressful, super confusing and that I was being sold to, I kind of thought this was normal. However, it's the exact opposite at Castle Cars, the kettle was on, we had a good chilled chat and the vibe of them as people and their business, is just a lovely family business who sell good cars. I wish I'd known about Castle years ago. It would have saved me a lot of stress, time and energy. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. I wish I could give them a 10 star review. They really do deserve to be recognised for their customer care.

Don't just have a look at their website, go have a chat with them.

I stay 60 miles from the dealer, they even delivered it to me at a convenient time for me due to work commitments. I am over the moon with my car but I am more so over the moon with the experience. I will not go anywhere else ever again and I can confidently say that every car that I buy in the future, will be from them.

I had an issue with my brakes 4 weeks after I purchased the truck (worn pads and damaged caliper) After a call to Alan I dropped the truck off and 4 hours later I got the call to say it was ready to be collected. New pads discs and caliper.

I totally agree with all the reviews posted. Excellent 5* service and friendly atmosphere make the experience a joy. We bought a Yeti from Alan with 82,000 miles on the clock and 9 years old - not a new car by any means but on delivery looked and drove like just out of the showroom. A week later a front spring broke - Alan took it straight back and had it fixed in no time - and I had the use of a courtesy car in the meantime - you can\'t improve on that. From me a 120% recommendation for buying a used car from Castle Cars
